<br />Counci1member Cox moved the adoption of the following findings of fact: <br /> <br />FINDINGS OF FACT #0207 <br />MR. ROGER HURD <br /> <br />1. That Mr. Roger Hurd, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for a conditional use permit to operate a vehicle <br />sales lot in the I-I Industrial District. <br /> <br />2. That the Applicant appeared before the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for a public hearing pursuant to, Section 170.013D of the <br />Ramsey City Code on June 7, 1988 and that said pub 1 ic hearing wa s <br />properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are <br />hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />3.
