<br />for County Highway 56 and that part of the Southeast Quarter <br />of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range <br />25, also being part of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision No. 34, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly right-of-way <br />line of U.S. Highway 10 and 169 and the East line of said <br />Section also being the Southeast corner of said Lot 7; <br />then~e Northwesterly along said highway right-of-way line a <br />distance of 36.30 feet; thence North and parallel with the <br />East line of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25 a distance of <br />203.46 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract to <br />be described; thence West and parallel with the South line <br />of said Section a distance of 85 feet; thence North and <br />paralle with the East line of said Section to the Northerly <br />line of said Lot 7 which said Northerly line is also the <br />Southerly railroad right-of-way line; thence East along said <br />railroad right-of-way to B point on a line drawn parallel <br />with and 33 feet West of the East line of said Section 28; <br />thence South along said parallel with to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />This permit was issued pursuant to Section l70.013D of the Ramsey City <br />Code. This permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditionsH <br />imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Access to the subject property shall only be: 1) an exit only access <br />from the property on to Highway 10 at the west property boundary; and <br />2) an access from Ramsey Boulevard shall be located within the <br />boundaries of a frontage road adjacent to the railroad tracks. <br /> <br />2. There shall be no more than 50 vehicles for sale at anyone time on the <br />subject property. <br /> <br />3. There shall be at least 7 off-street parking spaces provided. <br /> <br />4. All off-street " parking spaces, driveways and car display areas shall be <br />surfaced with concrete or blacktop. This surfacing shall be completed <br />by July 30, 1988. In order to guarantee that the surfacing shall <br />be completed, a financial guarantee of 150% of the City Engineer's <br />estimated cost for improvements shall be deposited with the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />~\ <br /> <br />5. A landscaping plan shall be provided to the City and landscaping shall <br />be maintained in accordance with this plan. It is the responsibility <br />of the property owner to maintain such landscaping. <br /> <br />6. There shall be no exterior storage of vehicle parts, tires or parts <br />inventory. The purpose of this requirement is to prohibit salvage and <br />junk yard activities. <br /> <br />7.
