<br />IS Minutes CASE #4: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION; <br />CASE OF TILLER CORPORATION <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Tiller Corporation (Commercial Asphalt) is requesting a metes and bounds <br />subdivision to acquire a 30 foot roadway for access to their asphalt plant site <br />(a portion of the old Prestressed Concrete property).
