<br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />7009 HIGHWAY 10 N.W. <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On. , 198_, site plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey to <br />Mr. Larry Rudesill to construct a 2,400 square foot office/sales facility <br />on the property at 7nn9 Highway 10 N.W., which property is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 5 and 6, Block I, Kovar Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section l70.0l7L of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />1. No construction of the structure shall commence prior to the <br />issuance by the Building O!ficial of a building permit. <br /> <br />2. At least 6 off-street parking spaces shall be provided as <br />specified in Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />3. All off-street parking, display areas and driveways shall be <br />surfaced with blacktop or concrete. Such surfacing shall be <br />c om pIe t e d by J u n e 1, 1 98 9 . An e s crow s hall b ere qui red t 0 <br />guarantee the completion of this surfacing. The escrow amount <br />required shall be based on 150% of the City Engineer's estimate of <br />the cost to complete the improvement. <br /> <br />4. All disturbed areas shall be restored with sod or seed. <br /> <br />5. Any grading on the property shall be done in accordance with a <br />grading plan submitted to and approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />6. Landscaping shall be provided as shown on the plans submitted. <br />It is the responsibility of the property owner to maintain such <br />landscaping. <br /> <br />7. All lighting on the property shall be arranged so as to def lect <br />light away from any adjoining public street. <br /> <br />8. The structure shall be a block structure and the facade shall be <br />treated with rock-face block and breakoff block as shown on the <br />plans submitted. <br /> <br />9.
