<br />.. <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for <br /> <br />PROPOSED RESOLUTION #88-__ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO MYRDAL ESTATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. John Myrda1, hereinafter referred to as "Developer," has <br />properly applied for plat approval of the minor subdivision of the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 20 and the Southeasterly 60 feet of Lot 19, as measured at right <br />angles to the Southeasterly line of said Lot 19, BOWERS MISSISSIPPI <br />ACRES, according to the recorded plat thereof. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Lots 18 and 19, except the Southeasterly 60 feet of said Lot 19, as <br />measured at right angles to the Southeasterly line of said Lot 19, <br />BOWERS MISSISSIPPI ACRES, according to the recorded plat thereof. <br /> <br />which plat is known as MYRDAL ESTATES, hereinafter known as "plat,"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 170.0317 of the Ramsey City Code, the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the proposed <br />plat on March 19, 1987. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That final approval of the plat of Myrdal Estates is granted <br />contingent upon Mr. Weaver providing proof of marketable title for the <br />property to the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the day of , 1988. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />-ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />
