Councilmember its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for PROPOSED RESOLUTION #88-__ RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO MYRDAL ESTATES WHEREAS, Mr. John Myrda1, hereinafter referred to as "Developer," has properly applied for plat approval of the minor subdivision of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lot 20 and the Southeasterly 60 feet of Lot 19, as measured at right angles to the Southeasterly line of said Lot 19, BOWERS MISSISSIPPI ACRES, according to the recorded plat thereof. -and- Lots 18 and 19, except the Southeasterly 60 feet of said Lot 19, as measured at right angles to the Southeasterly line of said Lot 19, BOWERS MISSISSIPPI ACRES, according to the recorded plat thereof. which plat is known as MYRDAL ESTATES, hereinafter known as "plat,"; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 170.0317 of the Ramsey City Code, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the proposed plat on March 19, 1987. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That final approval of the plat of Myrdal Estates is granted contingent upon Mr. Weaver providing proof of marketable title for the property to the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the day of , 1988.
