JERRY NOLLER <br />By: Anne Norris', Community Development Director <br /> <br />Mr. Jerry Noller is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of his <br />property located north of Trott Brook and Brookview Estates and southwest <br />of Riverwood Hills Plat 1. The parcel is approximately 30 acres in size. <br />Access to the property is provided by a 66 foot wide private easement <br />extending 1,300 feet from 177th Avenue N.W. to the site. <br /> <br />Mr. Noller is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision to split this <br />parcel into three lots, each approximately 10 acres in size.
