N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular Planning and Zoning Commission <br />meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT. <br /> <br />" <br />) <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Howell to approve <br />the agenda and note that no new business will be taken up after 10:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />Hendriksen, LaDue, Holm, Howell and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman adjourned the regular meeting at 7:34 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearing: <br /> <br />1.
