<br />2. Rours of operation shall be from. 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Saturday. Any variance from these hours of operation <br />shall require speciel approval by the Ramsey City Council. <br /> <br />3. Noises emanating from. the site and operation shall be in <br />compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Standards, Minnesota Regulations NPC. as amended. <br /> <br />4. The emission of odor from the operation shall be in compliance <br />with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Standards, Minnesota Regulation APe 1-15, as amended. <br /> <br />5. The emission of smoke from the operation shall be in compliance <br />'\<,Tith and regulated by t.he State of Minnesota Pollution Control <br />St&ndards, Minnesota Regulation APe 1-15, as amended. <br /> <br />6. The emission of dust, fly ash or otller particu!ated matter shall <br />be in ~oillpliance with and regulated by the St.te of Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Regulation APC I-IS, as <br />amended. <br /> <br />7. The asphalt operation shall be in accordance with the regulations <br />of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and Environmental <br />Protection Agency. <br /> <br />s. Any stockpiles of materials shall be limited to a maximum heights <br />of 35 feet and shall be located at least 20 feet from any property <br />bouncary. <br /> <br />9. The eastern boundary of the site shall be buffered with berming <br />and trees. The berming shall be at least 5 feet in height and the <br />trees shall be at least six feet in height. The stockpiling area <br />along the railroad shall be buffered with berming. <br /> <br />10. Off-street employee parking shall be provided such that there is <br />at least one parking space for each employee on the max~mum <br />'\<'orking stift. <br /> <br />11. All baul roads shall be surfaced with bituminous or concrete. No <br />build up of materails shall be permitted on any haul roads. <br /> <br />12. Commercial Asphalt Company shall provide a map detailing haul <br />roads and haul routes to County and State highways. <br /> <br />13. All costs incurred by the City in administering this permit shall <br />be borne by Commercial Asphalt Company. <br /> <br />14. Commercial Asphalt Company shall maintain a $2,000.00 balance in <br />an escrow account with the City. This escrow shall be used to <br />rei~burse the City for expenses incurred in the administration of <br />this permit. The City reserves the right to use these funds to <br />pay for testing services as necessary. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />/3 <br />
