<br />.." <br /> <br />15. Commercial Asphalt Company shall provide a site plan to the City <br />Engineer showing the location of all equipment storage. Any <br />outside storage of equipment shall be in an orderly fashion. The <br />outside storage of debris, materials not used in the operation and <br />inoperable vehicles and equipment shall not be permitted. <br /> <br />16. Runoff shall be contained on the site and shall be in accordance <br />with grading and drainage plans submitted to and approved by the <br />City Engineer. Berming shall be installed to contr~l runoff. <br /> <br />17. This conditional use permit shall be in effect until January 31, <br />1995. At that time, Commercial Asphalt Company may re-apply for a <br />conditional use permit to extend the duration of the bituminous <br />operation. <br /> <br />18.
