(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #84-34). Further Discussion: City Attorney Goodrich stated that the PUD plat will noW go back to Planning and Zoning to review concerns brought out in tonight's meeting. :f Planning and Zoning determines the PUD plat to be in substantial compliance, the developer will offer the plat back to Council for their fin~l approval. After Council final approval, Council will address the subject of zoning to a PUD zone. Councilmember Schlueter inquired if sewer and water will be requested after the above are accomplishec? City httorney Goodrich replied that it wo~ld be. Pz. Goodrich also noted tha~ findings of fact will be adopted when the plat is brought to Cou.~c~l for final approval. Notion carried.
