The City of Ramsey approves the Findings of Fact ,",'hich <br />conclude t~at the proposed Flintwood Hills Second Addition <br />development does not have the potential for significant <br />environmental effects, and <br /> <br />2. The City of Ramsey authorizes the Mayor to sign the <br />Findings of Fact, and <br /> <br />3. The City of Ramsey directs City Staff to forward a copy <br />of the Findings of Fact and notice of decision on the tAW to <br />the Environmental Quality Board (EQE) for publication in the <br />rQB Monitor, and <br /> <br />4.
