Cedar Creek Energy Energy's response is italicized in each subset <br />below for each item. Note if we believed an item to be not applicable, we provided a strike through <br />the line item along with a response below as to why we believe not applicable as it pertains to the <br />proposed solar PV array. <br />Site Plan Sheet: <br />1. General Plan Information <br />a. Type of use, proposed name, legal description, and property address. <br />i. Proposed name and property address can be found on "PV-0.0 Cover Sheet" <br />(CCE) and "Civil Sheet 1 - Title Sheet" (EOR) <br />i i. Legal description can be found in ALTA/NSPS Survey, File name:"ALTA <br />Survey" <br />b. The name (s) and address(es) of the landowner (s) and the engineer and/or architect <br />preparing the plans. <br />i. This information can be found on the title sheet of "PV-0.0 Cover Sheet" <br />(CCE) and Civil Sheet 1 - Title Sheet (EOR) <br />c. A property survey certified by a Minnesota -licensed land surveyor. <br />i. ALTA/NSPS Survey, File name:"ALTA Survey" has been conducted and <br />uploaded to the portal. Survey completed by E.G. Rud & Sons, Inc. <br />d. A site plan is accurately scaled, on a standard engineering scale, and dimensioned, <br />specifically showing the location of all buildings. <br />i. See "Civil Sheet - Existing Conditions & Removals" <br />e. The scale of the Plat, date, and north arrow are included on all plan sheets. <br />i. EOR civil drawings and CCE electrical drawings have this incorporated as <br />reasonable to do so. Example spec sheets or detail drawing sheets do not <br />have this called out. <br />f. The building design plan must be certified by a Minnesota -licensed land surveyor <br />and architect or registered engineer, certifying that the design of the building has <br />been prepared under their direct supervision. <br />i.
