Council member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-11-246 RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, the City Finance Office has confirmed that a clerical error was made by the Finance Office at the City of Ramsey, regarding a Special Assessment of Project #89-10, City Fund #0429, County Fund #1667, payable in 1991, against PIN: 22-32-25-21-0011; and WHEREAS, the amount payable in 1991 is shown on the County Tax Roils as Four Hundred Forty-Three Dollars and Fifty-Seven cents ($443.57); and WHEREAS, no special assessment for Project #89-10, PIN: 22-32-25-21-0011, should be payable for 1991. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special assessment in the amount of $443.57 for PIN: 22-32-25-21-0011 against Project #89-10, payable in 1991. 2) That the City Council of Ramsey hereby instructs the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as required by the Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owner involved of the Council's action. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Cich whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adoped by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th day of November, 1991.
