Counciimember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g91-11-247 RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE SITE PLAN FOR LOT 2, BLOCK 1, HAUSER ADDITION WHEREAS, on April 24, 1990, the Ramsey City Council approved ADH, Inc.'s site plan for a 4,000 square foot off-sale liquor store on the property which is legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, Hauser Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the site plan development permit required that the site improvements be completed by October 31, 1991; and WHEREAS, performance standards for this type of development have not changed for this district since site plan approval. The City received a letter from Lyle Heger, ADH, Inc., dated October 28, 1991, requesting a one year extension to the site plan improvements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the site plan approval for ADH, Inc. on Lot 2, Block 1, Hauser Addition is hereby granted a one year extension to October 31, 1992 subject to the owners of the proposed liquor store qualifying for an off-sale liquor license. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Cich whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th day of November, 1991.
