Commissioner Bawden introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-11-249 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING TERMS FOR VARIANCE FROM CORNER SIDE <br />YARD SETBACK REQUIREMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESSORY <br />STRUCTURE AT 5915 177TH AVENUE N.W. BY THOMAS KING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Ramsey Board of Adjustment adopted Resolution #91-11-248 <br />regarding Findings of Fact g0302 for this variance and herein approves a Variance subject to the <br />following terms: <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On November 14, 1991, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from Section 9.03.05 <br />of the Ramsey City Code to permit Thomas King to construct an accessory structure within the <br />corner side yard setback on the property generally known as 5915 177th Avenue N.W. and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />All that part of Lot 4, Auditors Subdivision 27 lying west of the following described line: <br />Commence at a point on the north line of said Lot 4, 150 feet east of the most northwesterly <br />corner of said Lot 4, then in a southerly direction on a line parallel with the east line of said <br />Lot 4 to the south line of said Lot 4, excepting therefrom the south 66 feet of said described <br />property. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />That part of Lot 4, Auditors Subdivision 27 described as follows: Commence at a point on <br />the north line of said Lot 4, 150 feet east of the most northwesterly comer of said Lot 4, <br />then easterly on the north line of said Lot 4 a distance of 17 feet, then south on a line <br />parallel with the east line of said Lot 4 to the south line of said Lot 4, then in a westerly <br />direction along the south line of said Lot 4 a distance of 17 feet, then northerly to the point <br />of beginning; except the south 66 feet of said described property together with an easement <br />over the south 66 feet of the west 167 feet of said Lot 4, Auditors Subdivision 27. Said <br />easement is for road purposes in common with other users thereof. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />The accessory structure constructed on the subject property shall not be located any <br />closer than twelve (12) feet from the south property line. <br /> <br />The accessory structure shall be constructed of materials similar to that of the <br />principal structure on the property. <br /> <br /> <br />
