Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-11-252 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING <br />PUBLIC SALE BY SEALED BID <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey owns the following items that it has no further use for: <br /> <br />1984 Lindig Brush Chipper (power take-off driven, 3-point hitch tractor <br />mounted) - sold as is. Bought new for $4,445 - minimum bid accepted will <br />be $2,000. <br /> <br />Mobile home (12 x bO) - axle and possible frame salvage - originally used <br />as office space <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the aforementioned items are hereby declared surplus and the City Administrator is <br />authorized to dispose of said property by public sale with sealed bids. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Cich <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City C_ouncil this <br />the 26th day of November, 1991. ~q~~~~~~ ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
