Councilmember Cich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-12-264 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 1991 BUDGET AMENDMENT #7 FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF REALLOCATING FUNDS FROM THE BUDGET OF THE <br />FINANCE OFFICE TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Budget Committee, at its November 25, 1991 meeting, authorized the <br />purchase of three helmets for the Fire Department at a cost of approximately $270.00; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City's 1991 adopted General Fund Budget did not include specific <br />funding for this expenditure; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Committee authorized the reallocation of $270.00 from the budget of the <br />Finance Office to the budget of the Fire Department; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this budget amendment does not increase or decrease the City's total 1991 <br />General Fund Budget. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Finance Officer of the City of Rarnsey be instructed to enter this Budget <br />amendment #7 to the City's Financial Systems to cause the following budget amendment to <br />be reflected in the City's financial records: <br /> <br />Account Number <br /> <br />Budget Account Description <br /> <br />Increase(Decrease) <br /> <br />101-42208-1153 Misc. Office Supplies (270) <br />101-42215-2220 Uniforms & Turn-out Gear 270 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Cich <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Hardin <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
