4. 1. <br />Economic Development Authority (EDA) <br />Meeting Date: 04/10/2025 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />Title: <br />EDA Organization: Elect Chairperson and Vice Chairperson <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Each year, the EDA appoints its officers at the April EDA meeting. Scott Wiyninger served as the Chairperson <br />this past year. Shanna Stewart served as Vice Chairperson this past year. The term of the upcoming <br />appointment for the Chair and Vice Chair is April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026.
