Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #06-11- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO BOB HAMBORG TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY BUILDING EXCEEDING TOTAL AMOUNT ALLOWED SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR ACCESSORY BUILDINGS AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: WHEREAS, Bob Hamborg, Inc, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to construct an accessory building exceeding the total amount square footage allowed for accessory buildings on the subject property legally described as follows: Lot 3, Block 4, Traprock Commons, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property") WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on November 2, 2006 conducted the public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request, with contingencies. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. Based bn Findings of Fact # , a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") to construct an accessory building exceeding the total amount square footage allowed is hereby granted to Bob Hamborg, referred to as the "Permittee". 2. That the Permit only applies to the accessory building that is indicated on the blueprint approved by the City Planning Department 9/29/06. 3. That the proposed accessory structure shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with all applicable Staff Review letters, approved site plans, City Code, and Uniform Building Codes. 4. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms are herein complied with. 5. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this Permit. 6. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. 8
