That the maximum allowable square footage for accessory buildings on the Subject Property <br />is 1,800 and the combination of the existing and proposed accessory building ~quare feet will <br />not exceed this limit. <br /> <br />10. That in accordance with City Code, the proposed building will be constructed of materials <br />similar to that of the home. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed accessory building will meet or exceed all applicable setbacks. <br /> <br />12. That the Applicants have obtained the signatures of six (6) surrounding property owners <br />supporting this request. <br /> <br />13. That the variance requested is/is not the mlmmUIn variance which would alleviate the <br />hardship in regard to the sidewall height o-f the structure. <br /> <br />14. That if granted, the variance will/will not impair an adequate supply of light. and air to <br />adjacent property. <br /> <br />15. That if granted, the variance will/will not have the effect of allowing a use that is prohibited <br />in the applicable zoning district. <br /> <br />16. That if granted, the vari~ce will/will not impair established property values within the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />17. That the increased height will/will not be compatible with the principal. building on the same <br />parcel. ~ . <br /> <br />18. That the increased height will/will not be compatible with existing development in the <br />immediate neighborhood. <br /> <br />19. That if granted, the variance will/will not unreasonably increase the congestion in the public <br />street. <br /> <br />20. That if granted, the variance will/will not increase the danger of fire or endanger the public <br />safety . <br /> <br />21. That if granted, the variance will/will not violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />22.
