Exhibit A North - South Trail Easement Description A 16 foot perpetual easement for public trail over, under and across that part of OUTLOT B, NORTHFORK, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. The centerline of said easement is described as follows: Commencing at the North Quarter corner of Section 18, Township 32, Range 25, said Anoka County; thence on an assumed bearing North 89 degrees 19 minutes 44 seconds West, along the north line of said Section 18 and the north line of said OUTLOT B, a distance of 309.41 feet; thence South 17 degrees 37 minutes 03 seconds West, a distance of 44.98 feet to the point of beginning of the described centerline; thence continue South 17 degrees 37 minutes 03 seconds West, a distance of 23.59 feet; thence southerly a distance of 32.09 feet along a tangential curve concaved to the east having a radius of 50.00 feet, a central angle of 36 degrees 46 minutes 32 seconds; thence South 19 degrees 09 minutes 29 seconds East, tangent to said curve, a distance of 22.35 feet; thence southerly a distance of 47.00 feet along a tangential curve concave to the west having a radius of 75.17 feet, a central angle of 35 degrees 49 minutes 32 seconds; thence South 16 degrees 40 minutes 03 seconds West, tangent to the last described curve, a distance of 15.01 feet; thence southerly a distance of 42.31 feet along a tangential curve concave to the east having a radius of 84.05 feet, a central angle of 28 degrees 50 minutes 25 seconds; thence South 12 degrees 10 minutes 23 seconds East, a distance of 22.61 feet; thence South 08 degrees 53 minutes 22 seconds East, a distance of 66.13 feet; thence southerly a distance of 52.24 feet along a tangential curve concave to the east having a radius of 212.10 feet, a central angle of 14 degrees 06 minutes 41 seconds; thence South 23 degrees 00 minutes 03 seconds East, tangent to the last described curve, a distance of 18.74 feet; thence southerly a distance of 10.27 feet along a tangential curve concave to the west having a radius of 30.00 feet, a central angle of 19 degrees 36 minutes 17 seconds; thence South 03 degrees 23 minutes 46 seconds East, tangent to the last described curve, a distance of 94.29 feet; thence southerly a distance of 49.95 feet along a tangential curve concave to the east having a radius of 232.72 feet, a central angle of 12 degrees 17 minutes 55 seconds; thence South 15 degrees 41 minutes 03 seconds East, a distance of 47.65 feet; thence southerly a distance of 39.38 feet along a tangential curve concave to the west having a radius of 170.14 feet, a central angle of 13 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds; thence South 02 degrees 26 minutes 02 seconds East, a distance of 41.12 feet to the south line of said OUTLOT B and there terminating. The side lines of said 16 foot easement are lengthened and shortened to terminate on the south line of said OUTLOT B, NORTHFORK. And; Resolution #25-076
