CONDITIONS <br />1. That the Applicant enter into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />2. That the Applicant enter into a Stormwater Maintenance Agreement with the City. <br />3. Compliance with Staff comments as noted in ProjectDox, including providing a <br />Photometric Plan that complies with City Code Section 106-310 (Lighting). <br />4. That the Applicant obtains the necessary permits to connect to the City's sanitary sewer <br />and municipal water systems. <br />5. That if the private well is retained, it can only be used for irrigation purposes and must be <br />completely disconnected from the building. <br />6.
