Project Ranking and Selection <br />Project Selection <br />The combination of projects selected for pursuit could strive to achieve TP and/or TSS reductions in the <br />most cost-effective manner possible. Several other factors affecting project installation decisions should <br />be weighed by resource managers when selecting projects to pursue. These factors include but are not <br />limited to the following: <br />• Total project costs <br />• Cumulative treatment <br />• Availability of funding <br />• Economies of scale <br />• Landowner willingness <br />• Project combinations with treatment train effects <br />• Non -target pollutant reductions <br />• Timing coordination with other projects to achieve cost savings <br />• Stakeholder input <br />• Number of parcels (landowners) involved <br />• Project visibility <br />• Educational value <br />• Long-term impacts on property values and public infrastructure <br />City of Ramsey Stormwater Retrofit Analysis <br />
