PUBLIC HEARING 6.01: Public Hearing - Adopt Resolution #24-128 Vacating Easements in Harmony Farms. Presentation Planning Manager Larson reviewed the Staff report in regard to the easement vacation for Harmony Farms. Councilmember Musgrove stated that she understands that there are no utilities in this area; however, since there are wetlands, she asked if they are just vacating the utility portion. Planning Manager Larson explained that they would be vacating the drainage and utility easement which would be rededicated at the new plat to a different configuration.
