(Topic <br />Report Attached) <br /> <br />BealthQuest Land Use <br /> <br />The owners of HealthQuest are proposing a land use change to commercial for the possible <br />development of a pharmacy. (Topic Report Attached) <br /> <br />QCTV Council Updates <br /> <br />This topic remains on the Work Session List and staff would like direction to remove the <br />direction from the list. <br /> <br />Discretionary & Appropriate Expenses <br /> <br />A new draft has been prepared for Council consideration. <br /> <br />Happy Days Wrap-Up <br /> <br />As was the case in 2005, staffwould like to present information about the 2006 event. <br /> <br />Youth First Program at Oak Terrace <br /> <br />Heidi Geiss from Youth First will be present at the work session to discuss the after school <br />program that Youth First is doing at Oak Terrace. <br /> <br />Sunfish Lake Park <br /> <br />Staff was asked to place this topic on the work session list during the Council meeting of <br />September 26. This item may already be discussed in the soon-to-be updated Capital <br />Improvement Programs - 2007 - 2011. <br />
