<br />A special meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on August 19,
<br />1976, at Ramsey City Hall, 14100 St. Francis Boulevard N.W. Ramsey,
<br />Minnesota 55303.

<br />was called to order by Mayor Cox at 7:30 p.m.

<br />Mayor Cox explained that tbe special meeting was for the purpose
<br />of approving the Election Judges for the primary election and to
<br />present achievement awards to various, youth of the City in honor
<br />of-.Youth Volunteer Recognition Day, August 19, 1976.

<br />Motion by Councilwoman Oliphant, seconded by Councilman Reimann
<br />to approve the election judges: Precinct No. I-Mrs. Jean James,
<br />Elaine Boros, Arlene Harrington, Ladonna Zobava, Luonne Kennedy,
<br />Kathi Peterson, Herb Scatterelli, Warren Rumsch, Karol Gabrielson,
<br />Beverly Kruschke, Allan Anderson, Jane Terpstra, Lawrence Bowman.
<br />Precinct No. Z-Phyllis Barstow, Jean Schlueter, Pat Locher, Elma
<br />Scroggin, Gail Zeck, Dolores Bergerson, Lynn Linqquist, Arnold
<br />Peltzer, Linda Russell; Joyce Schuneman, Marcia Norton.
<br />Carried 3 to 0

<br />Mayor Cox presented awards to the following organizations:
<br />4H Clubs, -, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Brownies, Ramsey
<br />Ranger's Saddle Club and the City flag contest entrants.
