Mr. Neary answered that the storm sewer was not required. <br />Engineer Raatikka is to check on the holding of the performance bond. <br /> <br />Mr. Tim Peterson requested a variance pursuant to Section 12.01 of the Ramsey <br />Platting Ordinance 75.5 to waive the requirement of compliance with the <br />platting requirement. Page 4 to <br />include in first paragraph that the Council will consider Tim Paquette's <br />status as an employee of the City on July 1st. Al so meeting adjourned at <br />1 :00 a.m., instead of 1 :00 p.m. Page 3 to include that Mr. John Schutz <br />stated that the carport will not be a garage. <br />Carried 5 to 0 <br />Minutes of the Special meeting, May 18, 1976 <br />Mayor Cox read the Resolution No. 10, as adopted at the Special meeting. <br />Motion by Councilwoman Oliphant, seconded by Councilman Gorham to approve <br />the minutes of the May 18th Special meeting. <br />Carried 5 to 0 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Reports <br />Building Department - report read and noted. Mr. Walker to check on the status of the City's flag. <br /> <br />Special Election. Motion by Councilwoman Oliphant, seconded by Councilman <br />Gorham to hold a special election on June 15, 1976, to issue $225,000 of <br />General Obligation Bonds for the specific purpose to construct a municipal <br />building to house the City Administrative Offices, Council Chambers and <br />the Police Department. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />Carried 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Resolution No. 11.
