Councilmember Peters introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #25-065 RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE PLAN REVIEW FOR A SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM ON THE RAMSEY LANDFILL PROPERTY WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey received an application from Cedar Creek Energy (the “Applicant”) on behalf of Connexus Energy and the State of Minnesota, requesting Site Plan Review approval on the property legally described as follows: Parcel 1 (PID 27-32-25-11-0004): That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying westerly of Anoka County Right of Way Plat No. 1. Except that part described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 36 minutes 07 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the north line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 800.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence South 05 degrees 08 minutes 53 seconds East a distance of 165.00 feet; thence South 23 degrees 08 minutes 53 seconds East a distance of 314.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 16 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 105.09 feet; thence South 89 degrees 43 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 315.29 feet; thence North 88 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 641.15 feet; thence North 18 degrees 13 minutes 53 seconds West a distance of 167.91 feet; thence North 00 degrees 06 minutes07 seconds East a distance of 262.00 feet; thence North 28 degrees 53 minutes 53 seconds West a distance of 59.30 feet; thence North 50 degrees 23 minutes 53 seconds West a distance of 106.00 feet ot said north line; thence North 89 degrees 36 minutes 07 seconds East, along said north line, a distance of 980.00 feet to said point of beginning. Except that part embraced within Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 1. And That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly of Sunwood Drive Northwest, and easterly of Azurite Street Northwest. Except that part embraced within Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 1. (the “Subject Property”).
