Engineering staff <br />maintains City Improvement webpages with the most current project information. This can be found on the City <br />website, Engineering Department page. <br />Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br />Observations: <br />Depending upon the MnDOT MSA review, plans and funding may be revised prior to bidding the project, though <br />staff does not anticipate significant alterations. MnDOT MSA approval is required prior to opening bids for the <br />project to be eligible to use MSA funds. <br />Alternatives: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #25-079 approving plans and specifications and authorizing advertisement for bids for <br />MSA Alpine Drive Reconstruction, Improvement Project #25-03. <br />Funding Source: <br />Funding for this improvement is proposed to come from Municipal State Aid Funds and Storm Water Utility <br />Funds. The alternative bid trail improvements are anticipated to be funded through Municipal State Aid Funds, <br />final funding options are proposed to be presented at the time of project award.
