If Council approves plans and specifications and authorizes advertising for bids, bids will be advertised on <br />Friday, April 25, and again on Friday, May 2, 2025, in the City's official newspaper, the Anoka Union Herald. <br />Plans are also advertised on the QuestCDN website, which directly notifies contractors interested in bidding these <br />types of projects. <br />Additionally, letters will be mailed to property owners with updates on the project status. Engineering staff <br />maintains City Improvement webpages with the most current project information. This can be found on the City <br />website, Engineering Department page. <br />Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br />Alternatives: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #25-080 approving plans and specifications and authorizing advertisements for bids <br />for 2025 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project #25-07. <br />Funding Source: <br />Funding for this Pavement Management Program project is proposed to come from Pavement Management Funds <br />and Storm Water Utility Funds. The alternative bid trail improvements are anticipated to be funded through <br />budgeted 2025 Trail Maintenance Funds. Estimated costs below include 14-percent indirect costs.
