Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #25-080 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR 2025 NEIGHBORHOOD PAVEMENT OVERLAY <br />IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #25-07 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to overlay the pavement on numerous street segments <br />in 2025 as identified within the 2025 — 2034 Capital Improvement Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-295, adopted October 22, 2024, the <br />City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson for topographic survey of the <br />project area in the amount of $5,900.00; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-342, adopted November 26, 2024, <br />the City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for 2025 Neighborhood <br />Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project #25-07; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of advertising <br />for bids for 2025 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project #25-07. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer <br />and authorizes advertisement for bids for said improvements as City Improvement Project #25-07, <br />2025 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22' <br />day of April, 2025. <br />
