o 0.20 miles of urban section with concrete curb and gutter • Section 16 Unplatted o 0.52 miles of rural section • Wildwood Acres o 0.75 miles of rural section • Generally, mill and overlay improvements only require topographic survey of the pedestrian ramps for ADA upgrades. In total, the 2025 — 2034 CIP proposes to reconstruct approximately 7.39 miles and overlay 5.39 miles of public roads in 2026. Staff require this topographic survey data to properly design the 2026 proposed improvement projects. Topographic surveys are essential to locate all existing site features and to create an existing ground surface, which is used as the basis for designing the project. Street segment summaries and the 2025 Draft Pavement Management Program map are attached to this case for reference. Notification: If City Council accepts proposals, staff will mail letters to property owners within the project areas proposed to be included within the topographic survey area(s) to inform them of the proposed 2026 projects and the need for the topographic survey data. Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: Alternatives: Motion to adopt Resolution #25-082 accepting proposals for topographic surveys for 2026 Capital Improvement Program projects. Funding Source: Funding for this work is proposed to come from a combination of Pavement Management Funds, Municipal State Aid Funds, and Storm Water Utility Funds. Staff requested proposals from two (2) firms known to perform this type of work. Proposals were received from both firms, which are tabulated below. Based on the submitted proposals, staff recommend accepting the proposals for Improvement Project 26-02 from Hakanson Anderson for the total amount of $5,560.00. Hakanson Anderson is required to complete their work by July 31, 2025, per the schedule in the RFP.
