Title: Adopt Resolution #25-084 Amending the Design Services Proposal from Bolton & Menk, Inc. for Dickenson's Mississippi Estates Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #25-04 Purpose/Background: Purpose: The purpose of this case is to adopt Resolution #25-084 amending the design services proposal from Bolton & Menk, Inc. for Dickenson's Mississippi Estate Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #25-04. Background: With Resolution #24-196 the Ramsey City Council accepted a design services proposal Dickenson's Mississippi Estates Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #25-04, from Bolton & Menk for the not -to -exceed amount of $68,537.00. This project scope included replacement of watermain on Tungsten Street between Riverdale Drive and Rivlyn Avenue from the western cul-de-sac to the eastern edge of plat at the connection with Riverwalk Village. With Resolution #24-302 the Ramsey City Council accepted an amendment to the design services proposal to include an alternate bid to replace the watermain loop connection between Riverdale Drive and the west Rivlyn Avenue cul-de-sac. The amendment was for a total amount of $9,296.00. During project design, additional stormwater drainage modeling, right of way analysis and exhibits were necessary beyond the anticipated scope of the original design services proposal. Bolton & Menk has submitted a proposal for these additional services, for a total not -to -exceed amount of $11,062.00. Notification: Notification is not required with this case. Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: Alternatives: Motion to adopt Resolution #25-084 amending the design services proposal from Bolton & Menk, Inc. for Dickenson's Mississippi Estate Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #25-04. Funding Source: Funding for this design services amendment is proposed to come from Pavement Management Funds and Stormwater Utility Funds. Recommendation: Staff recommends adopting Resolution #25-084 amending the design services proposal from Bolton & Menk, Inc. for Dickenson's Mississippi Estate Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #25-04. Outcome/Action: Adopt Resolution #25-084 amending the design services proposal from Bolton & Menk, Inc. for Dickenson's Mississippi Estate Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #25-04.
