The project <br />has undergone several iterations of alternative reviews, including the watermain extension which was <br />addressed in a previous additional services request. Additionally, we provided the following services: <br />Sidewalk Alternatives — We created layouts, reviewed impacts for each, and prepared cost estimates. <br />This task required 26 hours at an average rate of $152.00/hr for a total of $3,952.00. <br />North Property Drainage — We reviewed and performed modeling for an additional ponding scenario as <br />proposed by the Developer's Engineers. This task required 24 hours at an average rate of $186.00/hr for <br />a total of $4,464.00. <br />Additional ROW Analysis and Exhibits — We performed additional research for the watermain extension <br />area and created exhibits for use in property owner discussions.
