Parcels lo- <br />9 cated within the COR Zoning District are excluded from this overlay district, as sign regulations <br />10 for that district are located in a separate section of the City Code. <br />11 Illuminated sign means any sign which is illuminated by an artificial light source. <br />12 Mansard means a sloped roof or roof -like facade architecturally comparable to a building wall. <br />13 Marquee means a permanent roof -like structure of rigid materials supported by and extending <br />14 from the facade of a building. <br />15 Monument sign means a freestanding sign not supported by exposed posts or poles which is <br />16 architecturally designed and located directly at grade. <br />Page 6 of 30 <br />
