The names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers of the follow- <br />16 ing parties: <br />17 i. The applicant, <br />18 ii. Dimensions of the wall to which the sign will be attached. <br />25 f. Placement of the sign on the wall to which it will be attached. <br />26 g. Height of the sign. <br />27 h. Detailed schematics of the sign, including plans and specifications for the method <br />28 and materials of construction and attachment to the building. <br />29 i. Detailed specifications of sign illumination, including the source and type of illu- <br />30 urination, wattage, and any light shields and shades. <br />31 (2) Freestanding signs under 7 feet in height, including directional signs, freestanding menu <br />32 boards, and real estate and construction signs. <br />33 a.
