1 (4) Dimensions of the sign. 2 (5) Height of the sign. 3 (6) Duration of sign placement. 4 (7) A scaled site plan showing the proposed sign location, existing signs located on the sub- 5 ject property, nearby buildings and structures, public streets, rights -of -way, public ease- 6 ments, and property lines. 7 (8) Detailed schematics of the sign, including plans and specifications for the method of 8 construction and attachment to the ground. 9 Sec. 108-230 — Permitting requirements for permanent signs allowed with a permit. 10 All permanent signs requiring a permit must submit a sign permit application with the following 11 information: 12 (1) Wall signs, including banners, blade/projecting signs, typeface on awnings and cano- 13 pies, and all business directory signs, area identification signs, and menu boards in- 14 stalled on walls. 15 a. The names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers of the follow- 16 ing parties: 17 i. The applicant, 18 ii. The owner of the parcel on which the sign is to be erected or affixed, 19 iii. The owner of the sign, and 20 iv. The person to be erecting or affixing the sign. 21 b. Address and location of the property where the sign will be installed. 22 Type of sign (box cabinet, channel letter, etc.). 23 d. Dimensions of the sign. 24 e. Dimensions of the wall to which the sign will be attached. 25 f. Placement of the sign on the wall to which it will be attached. 26 g. Height of the sign. 27 h. Detailed schematics of the sign, including plans and specifications for the method 28 and materials of construction and attachment to the building. 29 i. Detailed specifications of sign illumination, including the source and type of illu- 30 urination, wattage, and any light shields and shades. 31 (2) Freestanding signs under 7 feet in height, including directional signs, freestanding menu 32 boards, and real estate and construction signs. 33 a. The names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers of the follow- 34 ing parties: 35 i. The applicant, 36 ii. The owner of the parcel on which the sign is to be erected or affixed, 37 iii. The owner of the sign, and 38 iv. The person to be erecting or affixing the sign. 39 b.
