5. 6. <br />CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />04/22/2025 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Address infrastructure needs. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #25-078 Approving a Development Agreement for Cedar Creek Energy. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The City Council approved the Site Plan Review for a solar energy system on a portion of the Ramsey Landfill <br />property on April 8, 2025. The execution of a Development Agreement is a condition of that approval. Attached <br />is the proposed Development Agreement that guarantees that all the site improvements will be completed <br />according to plan, correctly, and in a timely manner.
