The Town Center site cost was estimated to bring in a
total project cost of approximately $10 million.

Staff is ill the process of preparing a recommendation for Council review and
consideration dm'lng the work session.

Action Statement:

Direct staff to work with PACT Charter School to begin the planning process for a
development site as agreed upon by the City Council.

CCWS: 03.04.03
