<br />Councilmember Stewart introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-080 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR 2025 NEIGHBORHOOD PAVEMENT OVERLAY <br />IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #25-07 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to overlay the pavement on numerous street <br />segments in 2025 as identified within the 2025 – 2034 Capital Improvement Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-295, adopted October 22, <br />2024, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson for <br />topographic survey of the project area in the amount of $5,900.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-342, adopted November <br />26, 2024, the City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for 2025 <br />Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project #25-07; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of <br />advertising for bids for 2025 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement <br />Project #25-07. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves plans and specifications prepared by the City <br />Engineer and authorizes advertisement for bids for said improvements as City <br />Improvement Project #25-07, 2025 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
