<br />Councilmember Stewart introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-081 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROPOSAL TO PREPARE <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR MSA BUNKER LAKE BOULEVARD <br />RECONSTRUCITON, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #26-01 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct Bunker Lake Boulevard between <br />Armstrong Boulevard and 600 feet west of Jackal Street in 2026 as identified within the 2025- <br />2034 10-Year Capital Improvement Program: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Staff does not have the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for <br />these improvements in time to bid the project in winter 2026 and be ready for early season <br />construction; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, proposals were received for engineering design services, including preparing <br />final plans and specifications for MSA Bunker Lake Boulevard Reconstruction, Improvement <br />Project #26-01 for $118,347.00 from Bolton & Menk, Inc. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders plans and specifications and awards the <br />engineering design proposal from Bolton & Menk, Inc. for MSA Bunker Lake Boulevard <br />Reconstruction, Improvement Project #26-01. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
