<br />Councilmember Stewart introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-084 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE DESIGN SERVICES PROPOSAL FROM BOLTON & <br />MENK FOR DICKENSON’S MISSISSIPPI ESTATES STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #25-04 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the <br />Dickenson’s Mississippi Estates subdivision as identified within the 2024 – 2033 10-Year <br />Capital Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #24-196 adopted July 23, 2024, the Ramsey City <br />Council accepted a proposal from Bolton & Menk, Inc. to prepare final plans and specifications <br />for Dickenson’s Mississippi Estate Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #25-04 for the <br />not-to-exceed amount of $68,537.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon preliminary review City Staff has determined additional watermain <br />between the Rivlyn Avenue cul-de-sac and Riverdale Drive will require replacement; and <br />WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk, Inc. has submitted a proposal for the additional <br />topographic survey and design services for said improvements for $9,296.00; and <br />WHEREAS, during project design additional stormwater drainage modeling, right of way <br />analysis and exhibits were determined necessary; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk, Inc. has submitted a proposal for the additional design <br />services for said improvement for $11,062.00; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby directs the Mayor and City Administrator to execute the <br />proposal amendment from Bolton & Menk, Inc. to prepare final plans and specifications <br />for Dickenson’s Mississippi Estate Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #25-04. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
