Mr. Gamec moved we recommend <br />to the Zoning Officer approval of Jack Long to have an antique <br />business at 8541 16)rd Ave. N.W. as a home occupation permit. <br />Seconded by Mr. Pittman. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />~rtin Vandree, 16207 Zirconium St. N.W.. John Riggs represents <br />the Northeast Realty. They want a variance stating that the <br />above address has a marketable title because it was sold by metes <br />and bounds. Mr. Menkveld, on July 17, 1972, was given permission <br />to sell all remaining lots in this plat. Mr. Gamec moved we <br />recommend a variance on the Martin Vandree property at 16207 <br />Zirconium St. N.W. as described per attached legal description <br />with the final approval of Mr. Goodrich. Seconded by Mr. Zimmer- <br />man. All voted yes except Mr. Fossum who abs~ned because he <br />had done business with these people. <br /> <br />Discussion on grading plan for the industrial park. We will take <br />this up at the June 17th meeting. Mr. Zimmerman moved that we <br />recommend to the Council that they urge the County to go ahead <br />and layout and build the road through the industrial area. Seconded <br />by Mr. Gamec. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />~r. Pittman moved we contact all land owners with regard to donat- <br />ing the right of way for the road thru the industrial park. Seconded <br />by Mr. Fossum. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Pittman moved we adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Fossum. Motion car- <br />~ed unanimously.
