CC Work Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />05/13/2025 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Enhance City's communication through transparency and accountability. <br />Information <br />Title: <br />2025 Strategic Planning Session <br />2. 3. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Attached to the case is the draft 2025 Strategic Plan. This plan was prepared following the first planning session <br />held on April 1, 2025. The plan was developed through ideas shared by council and staff members. The plan is <br />meant to identify attainable and measurable objectives to move Ramsey towards accomplishing or furthering the <br />established goals within the plan. This plan also recognizes previous year's accomplishments and recognizes key <br />items identified during a reflection activity on the city and our operations. This discussion item is meant to <br />finalize the plan for formal adoption at the next meeting.
