5. 9. <br />CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />05/13/2025 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #25-093 Approving a Development Agreement for PleasureLand RV Center's Parking Lot <br />Expansion and Connection to Municipal Utilities at 7900 Riverdale Drive NW (Project No. 25-102); Case of <br />PleasureLand RV Center - North Metro <br />Purpose/Background: <br />On April 8, 2025, the City Council approved a Site Plan and Stormwater Maintenance Agreement for a proposed <br />parking lot expansion and connection to the City's municipal utilities for PleasureLand RV Center (the <br />"Applicant"). At the time of those approvals, Staff had not received the Engineer's Estimate of the cost of the site <br />improvements and therefore, could not finalize the Development Agreement for consideration at the same <br />meeting.
