Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #25-094 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE WITH MILLE LACS MOTOR SPORTS II, INC. <br />FOR REAR 18,200 SQUARE FEET OF 6701 HWY 10 NW <br />WHEREAS, the Mille Lacs Motor Sports II, Inc. is a growing business that currently <br />leases other properties in Ramsey and is in good standing; and <br />WHEREAS, Mille Lacs Motor Sports II, Inc has asked the city to consider a lease <br />extension in order to figure out a long-term solution for Powerlodge in Ramsey; for the 18,200 <br />square foot, rear portion of the building at 6701 Hwy NW as depicted on the lease agreement (the <br />"Lease Space"); and <br />WHEREAS, Mille Lacs Motor Sports II, Inc. has agreed to the terms in the attached Lease <br />Agreement (3% Increase) including but not limited to the terms below: <br />- Lease Period - June 1, 2025 — January 31, 2026 - $6,639.20 / month <br />WHEREAS, Mille Lacs Motor Sports II, Inc. is in Good Standing with the Secretary of State of <br />Minnesota as of 4/28/25. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City of Ramsey authorizes execution of the Lease Agreement for 18,200 square <br />feet of cold storage in the rear of the building at 6701 Hwy 10 with Mille Lacs Motor Sports <br />II, Inc.; subject to City Attorney review. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
