Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption:
<br />RESOLUTION #25-101
<br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GEOTECHNICAL PROPOSALS FOR 2026 PAVEMENT
<br />MANAGEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS
<br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Carol -Rose Acres & Sports Haven subdivision, Countryside
<br />Estates subdivision, Flintwood Hills 2' and 3' subdivisions, Riverside West subdivision, Section 01
<br />Unplatted subdivision, and Bunker Lake Boulevard (CR 116) between Jackal Street and Armstrong
<br />Boulevard (CR 83) are proposed to be reconstructed in 2026; and
<br />WHEREAS, the 173' Avenue and 175`h Avenue between Armstrong Boulevard (CSAH 83) and
<br />Nowthen Boulevard (CSAH 5) is proposed to be milled and overlaid in 2026; and
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-044, adopted February 25, 2025,
<br />the City Engineer prepared request for proposals for geotechnical reports for 2026 pavement management
<br />projects; and
<br />WHEREAS, request for proposals were submitted to six (6) firms for the purpose of obtaining
<br />quotes for completing the proposed geotechnical services; and
<br />WHEREAS, the geotechnical quotes received are tabulated below; and

<br />WHEREAS, the quote of Independent Testing Technologies, Inc. in the total amount of
<br />$54,155.00 for the geotechnical report of IP 2-01, IP 26-02, IP 26-03, IP 26-04, IP 26-05, IP 26-06 and IP
<br />26-07 for said services in accordance with the prepared proposal is the lowest responsible quote and their
<br />quote shall be and hereby is accepted.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA:
<br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
<br />Independent Testing Technologies, Inc. for said geotechnical services for and on behalf of the City
<br />of Ramsey.
<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
<br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
