I understand that the scope of <br />our services is to provide construction -staking services as needed and directed. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />• Office setup and coordination <br />• Stake 2,805 LF of silt fence <br />• Stake the clearing and grubbing <br />• Stake driveway removals <br />• Stake storm structures, flared ends and 1,491 LF of storm sewer <br />• Stake 17,085 LF of curb and gutter <br />• Blue top roughly 8,800 feet of centerline every 100 feet for both top of subgrade and top of gravel as requested <br />• Stake 68 mailbox supports <br />• Miscellaneous items as requested <br />• As built survey of the storm sewer <br />Hourly Estimate $28,800.00 <br />The above -mentioned hourly amount is based on survey control points being found in place, electronic files of necessary <br />construction documents being available for our use and a one-time staking per item. Significant re -staking and services <br />provided in addition to those proposed will be billed hourly per the attached standard fee schedule. <br />To better serve you, we request that final plans and specifications for new projects arrive in our office a minimum of five <br />working days before staking is needed on site. After field staking has started on site, a two to three-day notice for return <br />visits is requested. It is the contractor's responsibility to provide shop drawings or updated plans when applicable. <br />If this proposal meets with your approval, please sign the acceptance below and return a copy to our office.
