<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-090 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR “KWIK TRIP 1782” <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Kwik Trip, Inc., hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied for <br />Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />ND <br />Lot 2, Block 1, HY-10 RAMSEY 2 ADDITION, except the North 70 feet thereof and <br />also except Parcel 3, ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT NO. 74, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the ‘Subject Property’); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed final plat (minor plat) subdivides an existing platted parcel <br />bisected by roadway right-of-way into two parcels; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of Kwik Trip 1782 on May 13, 2025. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Final Plat for Kwik Trip 1782, <br />contingent upon: <br /> <br />a. Approval by the City Attorney as to legal form. <br />b. An assessment agreement for the reconstruction of Bunker Lake Boulevard NW. <br />c. Recording a vacation resolution for Ferret Street and other drainage and utility <br />easements. <br />d. Recording of any needed sidewalk easements should the final design of the Bunker <br />Lake Boulevard NW reconstruction warrant. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Buscher, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
