<br />PERMITS HAVE BEEN OBTAINED PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION START. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

<br />4. EXISTING ITEMS TO REMAIN. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTING ALL EXISTING PAVEMENT,
