The facility will be <br />located at the Public Works Facility. <br />Note to reviewers: <br />Met Council is constructing a facility in Fridley to serve the north metro. <br />Justification <br />The City of Ramsey has the highest number of septic systems in the 7 County Metropolitan Area. An efficient, well -located facility should reduce <br />septic pumping costs for City residents.
